About BEN
The Boys' Education Network (BEN) is a signature youth engagement program hosted by the NYUAD Office of Community Outreach.
BEN is a leadership development program that invites young boys in the UAE to foster collaborative leadership skills through cultivating a stronger understanding of themselves and the communities around them. Through actively addressing practices such as self-awareness, team-building, and conflict resolution, BEN aims to explore the roles of an effective leader in our world today, and what it means to create ethical impact.
About the Workshops
The BEN program curriculum includes six mandatory workshops. Youth participants and facilitators will explore the components of leadership (self and community) over the course of the six workshops. Please note that participants must be available to attend all six workshops dates listed below to complete the program.
