Internationally acclaimed pianist Awadagin Pratt performs Beethoven, Brahms, Franck, and Auerbach.
Among his generation of concert artists, Pratt is recognized for his musical insight and intensely involving performances.
Experience an evening of masterworks for solo piano featuring:
Beethoven — Opus 110
Brahms — Ballades
Franck — Prelude Chorale Fugue
Auerbach — Chorale Fugue and Postlude
The concert is followed by a Q&A with the artist and NYUAD Music program head Matthew Quayle, moderated by NYU Abu Dhabi Assistant Professor of Music Gwyneth Bravo.
