The annual Autism Inclusion Conference at NYU Abu Dhabi brings together families touched by autism, leading professionals in the field, special educators, and supporters involved with the local autism community. This free and engaging forum will provide shared value and opportunities for all stakeholders involved to network and collaborate for a common cause.
About NYU Abu Dhabi's Autism Month
NYUAD Community Outreach organizes its hallmark annual Autism Month educational campaign in April in close collaboration with UAE community partner organizations. The month hosts several initiatives to highlight the need for increased acceptance, education and support for the autism community, which sees high prevalence rates in the UAE. This will be our fifth year hosting the annual Autism Inclusion Conference and joining the global campaign by turning the exterior of the campus dome blue in recognition of Autism Awareness Month worldwide. The autism education program is part of the university’s wider commitment to inclusion and supporting people of determination.
