NYUAD has long dedicated itself to the promotion of intercultural awareness and dialogue through the signature Kashtah program” which takes students across the Emirates in order to directly engage with its rich and diverse culture. “Kashtah” in the Emirati dialect means a “trip”. This upcoming Kashtah will be a trip to Liwa, an area known for its large dunes, heritage, and destination that many Emirati families head to unwind and relax. Students interested in meeting youth from across the UAE, dune bashing, a warm lit fire, barbecuing and intercultural dialogues should register soon to avoid disappointment.
