NYU Alumni Relations, in partnership with NYU Abu Dhabi’s Women Mentor Program, is proud to host a panel discussion: “Women’s Leadership in the Middle East.” The panelists will discuss the challenges of diversity, share experiences, and produce actionable strategies to strive for women’s professional empowerment throughout the Middle East.
Panelists will highlight inspiring stories of successful women and best practices from organizations that are leading the way in this domain. In addition, the discussion will close with a Q&A between the panelists and audience members.
This year’s conversation revolves around three pillars: challenges, future-building, and leading by example. The agenda is designed to facilitate discussion, promote innovative thinking, and have an impact on the global discourse around the role of women in not just the Middle East, but also the global economy. Free snacks and soft drinks will be served.
Women's Mentorship Program at NYU Abu Dhabi
The Women's Mentorship Program at NYUAD is looking for outstanding women leaders in and of the UAE from diverse backgrounds who would be willing to donate two or more hours of their time per month to mentor a female NYUAD student throughout the academic year. All professions and nationalities are welcome to apply.
