The Middle East’s longest-running poetry open mic entertains, educates, and inspires as it shines a spotlight on some of the UAE’s most talented established and up-and-coming spoken word and performing artists. In its fifth season, this diverse celebration of oral expression is hosted by Rooftop Rhythms founder Dorian Paul Rogers. The smooth sounds of DJ A.L.L.A.D. keep the crowd moving and grooving between performances.
Performance Details
The open mic list is on a first-come, first-served basis on the Rooftop Rhythms Group Page. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Entrance Details
This event is open to all ages. Traditional dress (i.e., khandora, abaya, hijab) IS allowed.
