Part of the Abu Dhabi Festival's Riwaq Al Fikr Series
As the UAE embeds technology in schools and focuses on STEM education across all ages, this panel convenes to discuss the role of the arts in the 21st-century syllabus. Creativity and innovation relate to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. What is the connection between the creative processes in the arts and in science? How do we clarify and strengthen the connection between learning in the arts, creativity and innovation? Should STEAM (not STEM) power the next generation?
Simultaneous Arabic translation will be provided.
