Recent high profile cyber breaches in the Gulf region's finance and energy sectors have highlighted the need to focus on cybersecurity and its importance to state and economic stability. The UAE's unique position as an economic, energy, and transportation hub makes cyber issues even more pressing.

This conference brings together local and US cybersecurity experts from the government and private sector to address issues such as securing energy, finance, and transportation infrastructure; growing a cybersecurity workforce; addressing national security cyber issues; and identifying regional threat capabilities and intent.
