Sports help people achieve better health, learn values, and realize their identities, but how does this happen? Stories of using sports for personal transformation inspire us, yet they seem like unattainable fantasies for most people. In this conversation with Omar Nour, elite triathlete and Olympic hopeful, we hear what made his transformation possible, and discuss what communities can do to help young people find themselves and thrive through sports.
