Building on the success of last year’s program, this workshop provides a forum for discussion of challenges and opportunities that Emirati women face in advancing professionally in the private sector, education, and government. In recognition of their partnership in facilitating the integration of women into all spheres of public life, Emirati men are included in these discussions. Attendees explore achievements and identify challenges to sustained progress on women’s advancement, and participate in executive training sessions focusing on negotiation, mentoring, and networking: areas identified as critical to Emirati women’s full and equal participation in the UAE’s political, social, and economic spheres.
