Global action on climate change is occurring both nationally and internationally—a new agreement binds developed and developing countries by 2015—through carbon taxes, cap-and-trade systems, and climate technology agreements. In honor of Earth Day, a panel of international climate experts discusses the range of climate action that is occurring globally, and the potential for this to lead to meaningful global emissions reductions.
