As the fourth in a series, this seminar examines international public and private climate finance for mitigation and adaptation, which has become a central element in the global climate regime. The UAE has an important stake in climate finance, both because of its sizable investments in clean technologies and its increasing climate-related development assistance. This seminar considers the international, regional, and domestic public and private institutions that raise, channel, and govern the nearly 100 billion dollars in annual climate finance.
