Aisa Kirabo Kacyira will discuss her work for UN-Habitat. She will also address her experience as former Governor of Eastern Province, the largest province in Rwanda, including the development of the first masterplan for Kigali City that led to improvements in living conditions and the completion of the Rwanda Vision 2020 plan.
