At a time when female enrollment in computer science in the U.S. has fallen from 37 percent in the early 1980’s to a dismal rate nearing 20 percent today, many Arab countries are witnessing an increase in female enrollment. Panelists draw on their own experiences in the field to speak to the opportunities and challenges facing women in computing in the Arab world.
