Fitness Center

The NYU Abu Dhabi Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art facility located in the Campus Center building. The facility is fully equipped with cardiovascular exercise, resistance, and free weight training equipment.

You can have two personal training sessions per week in the gym, where your trainer designs exercises for you based on the part of the body you want to target. It's a great opportunity to stay healthy.

Fitness Opportunities

Group Classes

A wide range of group fitness classes such as yoga, Zumba, boxing, indoor cycling, and circuit training is available to the NYUAD community of staff, faculty, and students.

Ladies-only Studio

We provide a separate ladies-only studio that offers a private environment with a wide variety of similar equipment for the NYUAD community. 

Personal Training

Personal training is available to the NYUAD community, helping to target specific fitness goals of individuals. 

Downloadable Workouts

Our "Go Solo" downloadable workouts allow you to achieve your fitness goals at your own pace.

Nutrition Education

We believe in the holistic approach to fitness. Besides physical exercise, we provide tailored nutrition and clinical dietetic support, through both group and individual sessions.
