This two-day intensive about student-centered career advising in the MENA region will help current university advisors and staff who serve in an advising capacity to upgrade their skill set, add value quickly, and scale their services. It will provide a framework for thinking critically about student career advising, related events, and resources that can help career advising services be more responsive, sustainable, and effective.

Training is designed to be practical and immediately usable with your student audience. Training topics include:

  • career advising theory
  • CV and cover letter writing and reviews
  • employment market research
  • alternative recruitment methods
  • external communication
  • employer relationship management
  • career assessments
  • networking and interviewing prep
  • job and internship search strategy
  • event planning
  • global mobility
