The Provost Equity and Inclusion Committee aligns IDBE (Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging, and Equity) strategy with the academic strategy in partnership with the finance and human resources units in the Vice Chancellor’s Office. It consults with the Workstreams and other groups on many facets of hiring and retention. It develops support infrastructures for the academic divisions and programs to meet the challenge to make NYUAD’s diverse community fully inclusive with a sense of equity and belonging.
