Based on the 1960 film by Roger Corman, book and lyrics by Howard Ashman, with music by Alan Menken, the award-winning musical, Little Shop of Horrors blends doo-wop, rock, and Motown into a charming and totally-twisted must-see-event! Little Shop is a dark musical comedy that follows the story of a meek plant store attendant Seymour, his co-worker crush Audrey, her sadistic dentist of a boyfriend and the rise of an alien plant with a particularly gruesome appetite that threatens them and the entire world as we know it.

Returning to an in-person production after two years of streamed virtual concerts, ADCG is the longest running amateur music group in the UAE. Established in 1977, the group performs musical revues and fully-staged musicals. Now in its 45th season, ADCG has staged over 75 shows in its storied history, and represents 15+ nationalities and languages spoken with talents ranging from first time performers to seasoned veterans.
