NOTE:

For Mentor Talks: Each talk is 45 minutes, no discussants, econ seminar style (meaning any type of question can be asked during talks, speaker controls the time and how much time to spend responding)

For Panels: Each paper/design is discussed for an hour. During the hour each author has 30 minutes to present their paper/design with questions of clarification only, each discussant has 10-15 minutes to give comments, and then remaining time is for general audience discussion (about 15-20 minutes).
