Two thirds of the global population are expected to be living in urban areas by the year 2050 which means cities of the future are going to have to be smarter and innovative about how resources are used. Researchers at The Center for Interacting Urban Networks (CITIES) at NYU Abu Dhabi are investigating sustainable approaches to growing and maintaining cities of the future.
