Muhammad Hassan Jamil received his BSc Computer Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan and MS in Computer Science from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Pakistan. He has worked as a Research Engineer at Applied Interactive Multimedia Lab at NYUAD on various projects related to the design and development of immersive Haptic interfaces and Neurohaptics. Before joining NYUAD he was involved with the design and development of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality experiences and interfaces. He has also worked previously as a Design Engineer at Open-Silicon Inc (an ASIC manufacturing company) where he was part of the Hybrid Memory Cube Controller (HMCC) design team.

Jamil's research interests focus on multimodal haptic interface design, Neurohaptics, Immersive Haptic systems.
