Renad Younes is the Partner-in-Charge of the Abu Dhabi office of the leading global law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she plays a leading role in the firm’s Projects and Infrastructure and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups. She advises on complex international transactions and strategic initiatives across a wide range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, defense, and space.
Younes is widely recognized for her solution-oriented approach, having been instrumental in establishing innovative legal frameworks and market-facing entities in emerging industries. She is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Younes holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, awarded in 2004.
