Executive Education

The Office of Executive Education designs, develops, and delivers customized programs to meet the needs of regional organizations and executives. The core mission of Executive Education is to advance and enhance the careers of executives and managers across the region, with a focus on further Emirati professional development.

Renee Dugan is the Interim Director of the Office of Executive Education and a Senior Advisor on Professional and Executive Programs.

Renee leads the Office of Executive Education in designing, developing, and delivering customized programs to meet the needs of regional organizations and executives. She works closely with faculty and colleagues at NYUAD and NYU New York to identify and develop professional development programs that are of specific interest and relevance to the MENA region.

Renee previously worked in NYU Stern School of Business Executive Programs developing customized executive education training programs in partnership with corporate clients and faculty, and as one of two people leading admissions for the Stern Executive MBA program.

Renee joined NYUAD in 2008 and has held leadership positions in the areas of Admissions, Community Outreach, and Student Affairs.  She most recently served as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Life. Prior to joining NYUAD, Renee was the founding Director of Admissions at King's Academy, a preparatory boarding school located in Jordan.

Renee received her BA in International Relations from the University of Oregon, where she studied Thai and Vietnamese language.  She holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. In addition to the US and the UAE, she has lived in Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, Jordan, and Canada.
