NYUAD Community Programming
To provide additional information and support to the NYUAD community, a series of mental health programs will be delivered by offices from across the University and external partners including ICAS and Lighthouse Arabia. NYUAD community members are encouraged to participate and to reflect on what they need to maintain their own well-being and to contribute to our community of care.

Mental Health and Movement - Group Fitness Classes by Athletics

Group Fitness classes will be aimed to encourage and raise awareness among community members about active living and its positive impact on mental health and resiliency, and ways to integrate active living in our lifestyle. The Student Health Center is inviting all the students to celebrate the World Mental Health Day with a focus conversation about the impact of narcissism and high-conflict, entitled, antagonistic personality styles on human relationships, mental health, and societal expectations.
