Phi Hong Su is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Division of Social Science at New York University Abu Dhabi. She received my PhD in Sociology from UCLA.
Phi Hong Su's research centers on international migration and the politics of ethnicity and nationalism in comparative perspective. In her teaching and service, she emphasizes issues of race, class, gender, sexuality, citizenship, and social change. In her downtime, she enjoys trying new cuisines, cooking, playing with cats, and effortlessly diverting mosquitoes away from her travel companions.
