Jacopo Magnani uses laboratory experiments to study economic decision-making and strategic interactions. His research has been published in leading economics journals, such as the American Economic Review and the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, and has been supported by a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant.
Jacopo’s recent work focuses on behavior in matching markets. He is developing a series of lab experiments aimed at understanding how matching between different agents is affected by 1) limited strategic thinking, 2) the agents’ ability to coordinate and 3) inequality aversion.
