Daeyoung Jeong obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from The Ohio State University in 2016. He has been working for the Economic Research Institute at The Bank of Korea from 2016 to 2018.
He is an applied theorist with broad experimental and empirical interests. His research focuses on Game Theory and Mechanism Design Theory, which cover various applications including Information Economics, Political Economy, and Industrial Organization. Although most of his studies have been theoretical in nature, some of them also have experimental and empirical components.
