Yasmine Moussa is a researcher in the Kristin Gunsalus lab. Her research interests focus on developing compounds that specifically inhibit the growth or reproduction of nematode worms (anthelmintics) using high throughput screening on C.elegans as a model organism. She also works on the analysis of genetic interaction screens in mutant strains of C.elegans.
Yasmine also participates in outreach events to spark interest in science among youth in the UAE.
