Waleed AlRawashdeh is a professor of mathematics with many years of teaching and research experience. He has taught a wide range of mathematics and statistics courses such as: Real Analysis, Topology, Abstract Algebra, Combinatorics, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Calculus, and Probability Theory. His enthusiasm to students and teaching has been rewarded with two outstanding teaching awards from CMU and Montana Tech University.
AlRawashdeh’s research focuses on Operator Theory, Complex Analysis, and C*-Algebra. He has directed several research projects. His work has been published in many international mathematics journals. He has presented many papers at national and international AMS & MAA conferences and meetings. He is an editorial board member of five international mathematics journals and a reviewer for many other mathematics journals. He chaired two sessions on Operator Theory and Banach Spaces at AMS/MAA Joint Meetings. Moreover, he has co-organized AMS special session of Functional Analysis and its Applications at AMS meeting that held at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been awarded an outstanding research award and three merit awards.
