Craig Protzel, a Los Angeles, California native, is a creative technologist and Assistant Professor of Interactive Media at NYU Abu Dhabi. His work lies at the intersection of web development, computer science, video, education, and storytelling. He received a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University in 2001 and a Master's degree from NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program in 2012. Before joining NYUAD in 2014, Craig's professional experience included working as a producer-editor in the entertainment industry, a creative software developer at Vimeo, NYU Langone Medical and O'Reilly Media, and an adjunct professor at NYU New York.
