Campus Life provides students with the support and opportunities they need to translate their curricular learning and personal experiences into an integrated education that prepares them for a lifetime of ethical leadership, grounded in the culture and tradition of the United Arab Emirates. Our services and programs directly support the academic, personal, and professional success of NYU Abu Dhabi students so that they may graduate prepared to make an impact in their communities and shape a more collaborative, inclusive world.
Campus Life brings together multiple functional areas within student affairs including career development, student involvement, community outreach, athletics, residential education, fitness, cultural engagement, spiritual life, health and wellness, accessibility services, and more — to help students of 120+ nationalities maximize their educational experience and reach their full potential.
Kyle Farley leads NYU Abu Dhabi's Campus Life division spanning residential education, leadership and career development, intercultural education, spiritual life, community outreach, health and wellness, fitness, and athletics.
Prior to NYUAD, Farley most recently served as the inaugural Dean of Students at Yale-NUS College in Singapore where he built support structures for a global student body, oversaw student organizations, residential life, athletics, wellness, orientation, and family programs. He also served as the Dean of Higher Education at Academies Australasia in Sydney and was formerly the Dean of Jonathan Edwards College at Yale University.
Farley received a BA in Philosophy and History from Calvin College and a PhD in American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
