New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint an Administration Assistant for the Kawader Program, reporting to Associate Director, Research Public Outreach & Kawader Program.
The Administration Assistant will be required to perform a wide range of clerical, secretarial, and general office duties including those of a confidential nature pertaining to the Kawader Program and the Research Outreach department. They will be required to respond to inquiries displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the Kawader program’s activities, policies and researchers, assist with the prioritization of office activities (and delegate to and monitor work of student and/or casual employees), compose letters and correspondence, perform general word processing, spreadsheet and data entry duties utilizing intermediate-level functions and monitor moderately complex budgets and/or grants.
Fluency with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
Fluent with spreadsheet creation and analysis
Excellent verbal and written skills
Team player and works well under pressure and deadlines
