The Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art facility located in the Campus Center. The Center includes studios for Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, and Body Conditioning and houses facilities focused on cardiovascular exercise, resistance, and free weight training.


Fitness Classes

The Fitness Center offers various exercise, dance, and fitness classes throughout the academic year for NYUAD students, faculty, and staff.  Specialized trainers with a diverse range of fitness expertise make each visit to the center one that brings the individual much closer to achieving health and fitness goals.
