The NYU Abu Dhabi Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art facility located in the Campus Center building. The facility is fully equipped with cardiovascular exercise, resistance, and free weight training equipment.
Available to the NYUAD community of staff, faculty, and students, we provide a wide range group fitness classes such as yoga, Zumba, boxing, indoor cycling, and circuit training.
Personal training is available to the NYUAD community, helping to target specific fitness goals.
You can have two personal training sessions per week in the gym, where your trainer designs exercises for you based on the part of the body you want to target. It's a great opportunity to stay healthy.

Evidence-Based Nutrition Education
We believe in the holistic approach to fitness. Besides physical exercise, we provide tailored nutrition and clinical dietetic support, through both group and individual sessions.
