Biography

Maximilian Mihm’s research focuses on the economic implications of uncertainty. He has worked on individual decision making under ambiguity, as well as the consequences of ambiguity aversion for risk-sharing in financial markets. He is also interested in social network theory, and has studied the implications of private information on cooperative behavior in social networks. Mihm received his Ph.D. from Cornell University, and is spending academic year 2010-11 in residence at NYU in New York.
