Biography

Joel Bernstein's research interest focuses on the organic solid state, specifically crystal engineering and crystal growth and structure. He has published over 160 research and review articles and is a member of the Oxford University Press/International Union of Crystallography Book Series Committee. In 1999 he was elected fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and has been a member of the American Chemical Society and the Royal Society of Chemistry for nearly four decades.
